Withdrawal Policy

The "Journal of Business Management" (JBM) recognizes the importance of maintaining high standards of integrity and credibility in scholarly publishing. As part of our commitment to ensuring the quality and integrity of the research we publish, we have established the following withdrawal policy:

  1. Withdrawal Requests: Authors who wish to withdraw their submitted manuscript from consideration for publication in the JBM must submit a formal request to the editorial office. This request should include the manuscript ID, title, and the reasons for withdrawal.
  2. Author Responsibility: Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the research they submit for publication. Once a manuscript has been submitted to the JBM, authors are expected to adhere to the publication process and communicate any concerns or issues promptly.
  3. Withdrawal Criteria: Withdrawal requests will be considered in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

   - Identification of significant errors or inaccuracies that cannot be corrected through a corrigendum or erratum.

   - Violation of ethical standards, including plagiarism, fraudulent data, or other forms of academic misconduct.

   - Legal issues or conflicts of interest that prevent the publication of the manuscript.

  1. Editorial Decision: The editorial team of the JBM will review withdrawal requests on a case-by-case basis. The decision to grant a withdrawal request will be made in accordance with the journal's policies and guidelines. Authors will be notified of the decision in a timely manner.
  2. Public Notification: If a manuscript is withdrawn from consideration after being published online or in print, the JBM will provide a clear notification to readers, indicating the reason for withdrawal. This may include a statement on the journal's website and in subsequent issues of the journal.
  3. Appeals: Authors have the right to appeal the decision regarding their withdrawal request. Appeals should be submitted in writing to the editorial office, providing additional justification or evidence to support their case.
  4. Policy Review: This withdrawal policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated or revised as necessary to maintain the integrity and quality of the JBM's publications.
